Please tell us when your band will depart. The more detail you can provide, the better. Something like “3 people will be leaving at 2p on Monday by plane, the rest will be flying out Tuesday morning at 10a” or “we will all leave by bus around 5p on Monday” would be ideal.

T-Shirt Information Each member of your band or group will get a HONK! t-shirt! Please let us know the t-shirt sizes for the members of your group. Enter the total amount needed for each size in the corresponding box.
*NOTE TO RETURNING BANDS*: We are no longer using American Apparel shirts. In previous years, we have advised those requesting women’s shirts go up a size or two from their usual size because of AA’s sizes. The switch to a new manufacturer means this adjustment is no longer necessary. Please make sure that your members are aware of this when selecting their size. Thanks!
