The Open Hand Orchestra is a 7 piece horn band from Portland Maine. Drawing inspiration from here and there, Open Hand plays a mix of originals and homages, coming now from a funky place nestled near R&B and jazz. From Destiny’s Child to jazz standards in a New Orleans style, Open Hand is an intimate band, to help you find your groove with rich harmonies: tuba, trombone, three saxes and percussion.
