Brass Band Costa Rica its a show that gives a hole new breath to the costarican traditional cimarrona. So much happines and flow in this time where everybody will dance at the cimarrona rithim.
They recently represented Costa Rica in brass bands and fanfares festivals in México, Nicaragua, Washington D.C., Brasil, Spain and France.

We have a long musical tradition from cimarronas in our town, Santo Domingo de Heredia... since 1975.
We have the legacy and responsability to sustain the tradition and now we are taking it to around the world !

We cant wait no more to have the experience of participating and give all of our effort to honk fest in Boston!

We are leaders of cultural gestion in our town, responsables of organizing the activities related to the cimarronas and traditional masks parades (4 times a year) since 2011 (8 years ago).
all of this by our own sponsor.
We colaborate often in different hospitals and médical centers, activities for pour kids in cristmast.
We work to in music school of our town and around comunities as music teachers mostly working with kids.

In our traditional masks parades, the participacion of the entire comunity is one of our distinctions.
We are responsables of keeping people of all ages, from kids tome people, in a more than 100 years tradition.
