Depends on whether we can rent/borrow a sousa (already in communication with HONK). If not, then our sousa player is arriving on Tue, Oct 1 4:31 PM, by plane, and could use a sousa pickup and storage (while he travels around as a tourist with his own housing)

The average age of our band is retirement age (65!), so if we can request comfier accommodations, that would be fabulous. Folks are pretty mobile, but floor sleeping is hard on old bones. We have one married couple who want to split a bed. If possible we'd love to avoid having to pack sleeping bags across the country. Hoping for housing Thursday night to Monday morning for most folks.
