All of us except for a couple will arrive early Friday evening in time for a Lantern Parade hit

A couple are planning on leaving Sunday afternoon. Half of us are planning on leaving by car Sunday evening, the other half Monday morning. We should have quorum for any of the planned gigs on Sunday.

There is one couple in the band (Phil and Ellia). There are 4 people with cat allergies

2 have local hosts, one Somerville, one JP, both are siblings of the band member and have not volunteered to host via HONK

• 6:30-7:30p lantern parades

• 12:00p-9:00p main music festival (usually two sets)

• noon-1:45p parade from Davis to Harvard Square (gather 11a for setup)

Some of our members are interested in playing with the New Orleans Palestine solidarity group when possible and making that happen is a priority. Others are current/former members of Rude Mechanical Orchestra and Honk Family Band and would jump in on those sets if possible.
