Most band members (13 of us) will be arriving via carpool on Friday night. Estimated time of arrival 8-9pm. The remaining 5 band members will be arriving separately:
--one band member plans to arrive on Wednesday by plane (very late, arriving possibly after midnight on an international flight)
--another one will arrive Thursday evening, one Friday morning (by train or bus)
--two Thursday or Friday evening (by car)

Two band members plan to depart Sunday afternoon or evening by train/bus, and by plane. The rest of us plan to depart by personal vehicle or by carpool Monday morning, probably by 9am.

--Two band members are a couple and wish to stay together, ideally with a full size or larger bed in a non-communal room. Okay if this room is also shared with other bandmates.

--One band member requires a cat-free space for the weekend and a private or shared bedroom.

--Several band members have requested being housed in a home NOT hosted exclusively by assigned male at birth masc identified host(s) or cis male host(s), so we will need at least home that fits this requirement.
One of these band members also needs a home with no children.
Another one of these band members prefers a non-tobacco-smoking home (and private/shared bedroom vs common room if possible).

--One band member has requested a home that keeps a cooler thermostat (<72 degrees) if possible.

--Our band member who arrives late (possibly after midnight) on Wednesday needs to know ASAP if they can be hosted Wednesday night or if they need to secure a hotel room for that night. They also need to sleep on a bed (not an air mattress or couch) and in a non-tobacco-smoking home.
