• noon-1:45p parade from Davis to Harvard Square (gather 11a for setup)
• 2:00p-6:00p set in Harvard Square (not guaranteed)
• 2:30p-7:00p 8-10 minute set on the Main Stage (not guaranteed)

.., we're not sure how far along you all are with making the schedule, but we have been talking with Kevin from the School of HONK and we thought it would be a fun idea if our bands played back to back at some point so we could do a megaband song collaboration. If that's a possibility, let me know!
