* We have one member with mobility issues. Can we get a handicapped parking space near the Dilboy and one near Harvard Square? We have arranged for a pedi-cab for them for the parade and a vehicle to drive them after the Harvard Square performances.
* A few parking passes would be helpful for the other vehicles.

* Our band member with kids stayed at Charlo’s last year and would really appreciate being able to stay there again since the space was perfect (assuming Charlo is offering housing again). If not, they would need a private room with 1 bed, plus floor space or a double bed for the kids.
* We have 1 member who is flying in, needs housing all 3 nights, and does not have transportation. We would appreciate their housing to be as close to Davis Square as possible.
* 1 person has cat allergies

Yes, a number of folks are staying with friends in the area. None of the hosts have contacted HONK to offer housing, so there won’t be any double-booking.

* Several of us play with aNova Brazil; please schedule our sets at least an hour apart on Saturday.
* We no longer feel comfortable doing the Lantern Parade due to having to negotiate challenging sidewalks and low hanging trees in the dark. Is there any chance we could do a standing set somewhere near Davis Square on Friday evening?
* Collaborating with an activist group depends on the group. Please let us know who you would be pairing us with during the Saturday set and Sunday parade.
* Please update our band photo and promo blurb on the HONK website. You still have a photo from 8 years ago. Most of the folks in the pic are no longer with the band. Thanks!
