Arrival Information

The majority of the band (approximately 25/30) plan to arrive Friday evening by train, plane or bus, anytime through the evening. The remaining folks will arrive by train, plane or bus by Saturday morning, no later than 11 am.

Departure Information

The majority of the band will depart Sunday afternoon or Sunday evening, between 2 and 8 pm.

No, as long as sets take place within reasonable walking distance from subway or bus stops for those carrying drums or larger instruments.

Special housing needs:

No concerns beyond needing confirmation ASAP in HONK's ability to house up to 20 people for us, which we realize is a larger number relative to many bands.

The number 20 is an estimate on an upper bound - our internal survey suggested 17 of us need housing, but we are a large group so I said 20 to be safe in case we have some folks join in later.
