Do you have any other scheduling needs/requests?

* We have 4 band members heading home Sunday afternoon around 4:30/5:00, please try to schedule us for the Harvard Square and Main Stage sets on the earlier side
* Several of us play with aNova Brazil, please try not to schedule us at the same time on Saturday
* We had a lot of trouble with the Lantern Parade last year: our route was hilly, sidewalks really bad in the dark, and lots of low-hanging tree branches, all of which were problematic for our sousaphone player with mobility issues. Can we please get a more level route and play in the street? Thanks!
* Can you let us know which activist group you are pairing us with during the Saturday set? Would love Migrant Justice or Boston Bail Fund if they are participating
* Please note that we have one band member who cannot be vaccinated for health reasons. He’s played with the band for several years with no issues.

PRONK!?

No

  • March with a specific org in the Sunday parade
  • Give time during a Saturday set for an org to speak
