Honk! Parade

12 noon – 2 pm, from Davis Square to Harvard Square
Parades combining activist bands, community groups, and activist groups have been an important part of our Honk! Festival since it began in 2006. Our 2022 Honk! Parade from Davis Square to Harvard Square will include 17 bands and 37 community groups. It starts at Herbert and Day Streets in Davis Square promptly at 12 noon, and begins to arrive at Harvard Square around 1:15. Our parade theme since the beginning has been “Reclaim the Streets for Horns, Bikes, and Feet.”
Interested in joining the parade? See our Parade Resources page for information about how to create spectacular images for the street. If you’d like to join the parade, or have other questions, contact .
