This overenergetic brass band blows its ferocious musical wind here, there and everywhere.

Comfortable in the streets as on stage, you’ll find them in all kinds of events: festivals and neighborhood gatherings, cultural and social initiatives, protests and parades, tiny bars and large parties. In sunday best suits or in stupid costumes, Les Vilains Chicots undoubtedly thrill the crowds, whatever they are.

Born in les Arts Decos, Paris, in the pure tradition of students brass bands, they twist their ancestors’ style into funk, latin and afro beats, in rearranged covers as well as in original compositions.

After their outstanding Rio (Brazil) tour in 2014, and their glamorous Naples (Italy) tour in April 2015, they are now looking towards the US to join the Honk! festival in October. There they will help their American alter egos promoting a better, more egalitarian world, by blowing harder than ever in their magic tubes.
