Barrage Band Orchestra is a street band from the city of Baltimore. We play peoples music: Balkan, New Orleans second line and punk covers. The band feels that music is too important to be played only by professional musicians dictated by industry for consumers. This is why we play on the streets and practice in the parks.

Venues include Baltimore’s Transmodern Festival Love Parade, Waverly Farmers Market, Baltimore’s Halloween Lantern Parade, Spoutwood Fairie Festival, Baltimore Pride, United Workers Human Rights Zone March, Club Charles, Metro Gallery, 2640 community event space, Red Emma’s Bookstore Coffeehouse, Sowebo Baltimore Neighborhood arts festival, Hampden Fest, a variety of living rooms and basements.
